HAPPY HUES - DIGITAL DESIGNS:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for Happy Hues purchases. In the event that you purchased the same design more than once, please email us at CiarasLittleShop@gmail.com.


CIARASLITTLESHOP - HANDMADE CLOTHING:

In the event that your purchase does not work out, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must still be in the same condition that you received it. For clothing items, the tags must still be attached. Customized items with names, dates, or any other person-specific customization are not refundable.

To start a return, please email us at CiarasLittleShop@gmail.com - The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues
In the event that you receive your item damaged or defective, please contact us immediately in order to correct the situation.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Products that are customized with specific names, dates, measurements, etc. are not able to be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you'd like is to make a separate purchase for the new item. We can not guarantee that a specific item will be in stock at any given time. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return was approved. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
